We have created the above link  for our existing patients convenience.  Current patients may access information including balances, treatment plans, insurance information and most other information that we keep on record for you via a secured server.

Patients can view this information by requesting a username and password for their accounts.  Once our staff has recieved the request for access to your account, you will recieve a notification from our office that your online account with us has been activated.

After your account has been activated, you will be free to gain access to your account information from us.  Please be advised that account information is ONLY for treatment that has been planned and/or received from this office.  It does not include any work with previous dentists and/or specialists.
