Dr. Warnock is a preferred provider for the following Insurance Companies:

For patients that have an insurance plan not listed above, you may still be eligible to see Dr. Warnock as your dentist. We will gladly submit for almost all dental insurance companies.

Frequently Asked Insurance Questions

Q. Will my insurance company pay the provider directly?
A. Payment from your insurance company may be assigned directly to this office. Your Co-pay and/or deductible will be due at the time services are rendered.

Q. Does my insurance pay 100% of the bill?
A.No, your insurance may pay 100% on some procedures but may pay only 0- 90% on other procedures. Our office team will help you in determining the breakdown of your coverage.

Q. Will your office help me with re-billing?
A.Our office will do everything we can to help you receive maximum benefits from your insurance company. Ultimately, you must realize our contract is with you and not your insurance company.

Payment Policy

We accept cash, VISA, Master Card, American Express, and personal checks. Payment for treatment rendered is due at each appointment. We also offer financing as low as 0% for qualified individuals through Care Credit www.carecredit.com - limitations apply. Our office team will be happy to counsel you on available payment options and terms.
